Structural Geology and Geomechanics applied to better model the subsurface.
Reservoir modeling is a challenging task, especially when structural heterogeneities are present. Knowing how to efficiently integrate our fracture modeling tools with your in-house workflows, and how to optimally apply our methods will save you time and money. Our training course will help with the task of characterizing these unconventional reservoirs.
The goal of the training is to improve the attendee’s skill in applying geomechanical methods and tools to efficiently characterize subsurface structures.
Our training courses cover the following topics
- Structural Geology and fracture mechanics
- Geomechanical modeling using boundary element method and finite element method
- Forward and inverse modeling with Poly3D
- Structural restoration with Dynel2D/3D
- Poly3D and Dynel2D/3D industry applications
- Practical training
Customised proprietary course to maximise learning benefits.
Our Geosciences team can provide courses on geomechanics applied to Structural Geology as formal sessions, or as mentoring while consulting on a project.
To maximize learning benefits, our courses can be tailored to your particular requirements on your company premises or in our offices. We introduce you to our tools and methods and provide you guidance through technical issues.
The training and its duration can be tailored to the level of attendees and/or to particular requirements. Practical work can be performed on current project data, or in-house data, after review by our team.
If you would like further information about training, please feel free to contact us.
